Simple and effective workout that combines high intensity interval training with body weight exercises that will shake up and kick start your metabolism and have you incinerating the calories long after the class has ended.

 

Total Gym HIIT

Total Gym HIIT

Is a fusion of Total Gym and High Intensity training. This group fitness session alternates between Total Gym machine and high intensity intervals. You will be burning the calories long after your workout is completed.
