What are conditioning classes like?

A full body workout of muscular strength and endurance which will help to shape and tone your muscles. Conditioning is  completely adaptable to all fitness levels.  Various equipment, gravity and own body weight can be used.  So whether you’re a beginner or a pro, give it a go.

Core Blast provides innovative and effective exercise techniques, combined with strength conditioning, back health and injury prevention. This class is for those seeking muscle tone and definition but who also want a stronger, healthier, injury-free body. Proud posture, defined muscle tone and deep abdominal stability with the use of a variety of fitness equipment are just a few of the benefits you'll see and feel.


Adjustable pulley system over eight levels of incline that allows unlimited forces and movement patterns. Total Gym is time and cost efficient as well as effective.  It’s a full-body strength workout in a semi-private setting.  Think modified personal training at a fraction of the cost.


By their nature, typical kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.  The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.


Pump FX is a group fitness class that combines high repetition(low resistance)  weight training with aerobic intervals.

Build your knowledge and perfect your technique.  Be the best you can be – you can lift more weight confidently and safely.    Learn to lift is an exciting new session deliver by our very own in-house sports scientist.  Over an 8 week block we will steadily equip you with the skills and knowledge to progress you to advanced lifting and training techniques.    These sessions are become very popular with our female clients who recognise the health benefits of weight bearing exercises.
