Fun activity sessions designed especially for the young at heart to stay active, social, confident and independent.

Our instructors will lead you through a short warm up, then choose from racket  sports, indoor curling, bowling and much more.  Sessions end with 20 minutes of carefully-selected exercise to improve strength, balance and co-ordination.

Stronger for Longer

A 45-minute exercise to music Group Fitness Class:     

Gentle but fun workout set to music incorporating  a warm-up and short aerobic section followed by strength, balance and flexibility exercises.

The Wellness Circuit

This class will be made up of exercises that mirror everyday activities which will improve you strength balance and agility - the exercises will help maintain muscle and improve bone density, as well as protecting joints and improving your general health and wellbeing.

Wellness circuit is perfect if you are new to exercise, our friendly instructors will explain the exercise and ensure you are working at an intensity level that works best for you.
