Be active and feel great at home

We understand that some customers are still shielding or are a bit apprehensive about returning to our leisure centres. Don’t worry you will still be able to stay active.

All of our live classes have been saved on Facebook and over 150 have been added to our youtube channel for you to enjoy at a time that suits you from the comfort and safety of your own home.

We hope to see you again when you feel it is safe to do so.

Your health is your responsibility and we want to support you in becoming active through the activities on offer on our website, social media and Youtube channel and with this in mind we have carefully considered what we can reasonably expect of each other.

General Class Information

Important Information

  1. Although not essential, we encourage customers to pre-book classes. Only book session you can attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel with as much notice as possible - by not attending or not cancelling, you will be preventing someone from the benefits of physical activity and social interaction.

  4. Please clean equipment at the end of a session. Our staff will carry out a thorough clean daily.

  5. We would encourage customers to continue to sanitise their hands when entering and leaving the studio.

  6. Please wear your face mask while collecting and returning equipment within the studio.
