If you haven't already joined our new Facebook group, what are you waiting for! It was launched in August and already has over 600 members. We will use the group share all things group fitness-related including, new classes, trending classes, instructor profiles, and perhaps the odd challenge.
Don’t worry if you can't watch the sessions live they'll be saved in our group to re-visit at a time that suits you.
For those not on Facebook, we will upload these workouts to our YouTube channel, please click here to subscribe and you'll get a notification when the videos are uploaded.
If you know someone who hasn't found their way back to us yet or a friend that needs a little encouragement from you to restart or even start their fitness journey be sure to pick up one of our FREE PASSES for them. By supporting a family member, work colleague, friend or neighbour to take the first step you could trigger a positive lifestyle change.
We have arranged for 1,000 FREE Coame & Try passes to be shared with our partners; Active Fife, Community Use Fife, Community Learning and Development and Active Schools.
Passes can be collected from reception and will be available for 1 week from 22nd September or until they run out. Your friend the recipient of the voucher is asked to complete their name and e-mail address, then they can exchange the pass at reception for access to a free class, gym session, an informal gym induction or a swim.
The small print.
At busy times we may be unable to offer preferred sessions, however, with 135 group fitness sessions, as well as gym and swim sessions to choose from, we are confident we can accommodate new visitors and offer an activity that they will enjoy. Please note;
We'd love you to flood our social channels tag @fifeleisure on Twitter or Instagram with pictures and few sentences.
