This is for Lite members who would like to upgrade for one day, and this will allow access to all the activities available for those with Club memberships.

Family-friendly options

 We understand the importance of family fitness and fun.

That’s why we’re delighted to introduce our brand new Mini, Junior, and Teen 'add-on' options.

These are available for adult members to add under-18s to your memberships. This exciting addition will ensure our facilities are even more accessible for families, with membership options: 

  • Mini (0 - 4 years): FREE
  • Junior (5 - 12 years): £7.50 
  • Teen (13 - 17 years): £15.00

Since its introduction in 2008, our Leisure Active membership has been instrumental in cultivating substantial membership growth over the past 15 years. However, as this membership offering has matured and the competitive landscape has intensified locally, the time has come to evolve our membership model. By launching new membership tiers that align with current consumer needs and preferences, we can continue to attract and retain members while upholding our commitment to providing unmatched value and access. The addition of these thoughtfully designed memberships will position us for the next era of growth and enable the delivery of excellent service to both loyal members and newcomers alike.

What inspired the changes to the membership structure?
We've updated our membership tiers to provide greater value and flexibility to customers by consolidating our offerings into more inclusive memberships. This streamlined structure simplifies the joining process for newcomers while enhancing experiences for existing members. Whether you love the pool, gym, classes, or everything in between, our memberships offer it all! This change was made to help us better serve you and our valued customers.

How can I share feedback? 
You can share your feedback, comments and suggestions with us via our new Talk to Us service.

My contact details have changed; how do I update these? 
You can update your details by contacting your nearest venue. Alternatively, if you have a Leisure Hub account, you can update your details on your online account. 

I recently signed up - how will the upcoming membership changes impact me?
Not to worry, we have you covered! Your membership will automatically transition over to the new membership structure on the 1st January 2024. You don't need to do anything on your end. We are committed to seamlessly implementing these changes for our valued members. Members will receive detailed communication outlining the membership changes, including pricing. 

We aim to make this transition as smooth as possible and are confident the new structure will enhance your membership experience with us. 

Can I change the payment date for my membership fees?
We cannot change the payment date for your membership fees since our system is programmed to process all payments on the 1st of each month. However, please note that payment dates may shift slightly to account for bank holidays.

I cancelled my membership direct debit. How can I resume my membership?
Not a problem! We're happy to help get your membership reactivated. Simply visit your nearest venue. They can easily restore your membership and set up a new direct debit payment plan. This will ensure you don't miss out on any of the perks and benefits of membership. 

What membership options are available for those under 18 years old?
We offer a great membership option specifically for teens aged 13-17 at a discounted concession rate. This standalone teen membership provides full access to our facilities and amenities.

For younger children under 13, we have add-on child memberships that can be purchased in conjunction with an adult membership. The add-on child membership allows access when accompanied by a parent.

How do I book fitness classes online?
Booking fitness classes online is easy and convenient through our Leisure Hub portal. Simply visit Leisure Hub and log in using the same account details that you signed up with as a member. 

Our class timetable is viewable in the Leisure Hub with real-time availability, so you can easily see and reserve spots in upcoming classes.

When booking, be sure to use the same name, email, and contact information associated with your member account to ensure your enrollment is linked properly.

Why has my membership fee increased?
We truly appreciate you as a loyal customer and member. This is the first membership price change implemented in 5 years. The increase allows us to continue enhance our membership product and deliver exceptional services, facilities, and amenities as part of your membership.

What's the best way to get my questions answered about the new membership offerings?
We're happy to help with any questions you have! Information about the new membership tiers can be found on our website and in the email/letter sent to current members. We encourage you to review those details first, as they provide a comprehensive overview of the changes.

What options are available if I'm only interested in certain activities like swimming or the gym?
We've recently streamlined our membership structure to provide maximum value to customers through all-access offerings. This means single-activity memberships are not available at this time. 

What is the launch timeline for the new membership?
The new membership structure will officially launch on 1st January  2024. This launch date will allow for a smooth transition to the updated offerings.
