You will need the following to hand to complete online booking:
- Your username and password if you have already registered or if you are a new user then you will need to register with your email address and membership card number.
- A credit or debit card in order to make the payment.
If you would like to book online but aren't already a member with us then complete this registration form and hand in to reception. Registration Form >
Your details will be entered into our system and you will be issued a FSLT Smartcard or your MyFife card number will be attached in the system.
You can then register online and receive an email to activate your user-name.
That’s it! All you have to do now is log in and book!

A full body workout of muscular strength and endurance which will help to shape and tone your muscles. Conditioning is completely adaptable to all fitness levels.
Non-contact combat sessions are an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. These fiercely energetic classes are inspired by martial arts.

"Step aerobics" was established in 1989 and we are proud to lead the way in Freestyle Step Fitness. It was developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout.
Indoor cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride.
Interval training is a type of discontinuous physical training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.
