Racquet sports are a smashing way to keep active and ensure that you get at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most days of the week!
Available at Cupar, Dalgety Bay, Levenmouth and Duloch
An instructor led session that will introduce you to new age curling, short tennis, badminton, table tennis and indoor bowling. These sessions are sociable and fun. No previous experience needed. Come along and meet some new friends whilst increasing your activity levels.

Join in our multi-activity club for older adults.
These sessions allow participants to be active, have fun and make friends while playing various racquet sports, including; Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Squash, and Badminton.
All abilities welcome come along on your own or with a friend. These 90 minute sessions are only £3.80 per person. Contact reception to book or for more details.
Want to try something completely different and exhilarating? If yes, then our adult trampolining sessions are for you!
No previous experience is necessary this is purely for fun! Our recent attendees have said the feel-good factor lasts for days. Alan will guide you safely through the session offering challenges and progressions. Let your fear take a back seat and let your sense of adventure grow.
We also have classes available for ages 5 to 8 and 8 to 16 years.

Get back into the beautiful game. Walking Football is a great way to keep active, if you can walk, then you can play! Don’t forget - no running, no slide tackles, it’s a free-kick if you do!
These sessions are open to men and women aged 50+ only £3.80 per session. This is run in partnership with Active Fife, Football clubs, and the Scottish FA.

Pickleball is played on a court similar to badminton and uses elements of racket skills from tennis, squash, badminton and table tennis. with it unique paddle racquet and an airflow ball.
The rules and scoring system make pickleball is more accessible by the young and not-so-young, making this a fantastic activity for everyone to enjo
